Service-to-Sales Team Member
Location: Lexus of Westport – Westport, CT | Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Keeler Automotive Group is expanding our Service-to-Sales initiative at Lexus of Westport, and we’re looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join this high-impact program.

This is a unique opportunity to break into automotive sales while building a strong foundation within the service drive - with significant income potential and a clear path for advancement into leadership roles.

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 – $150,000+ annually

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with service customers to identify needs and opportunities for vehicle upgrades
  • Perform vehicle appraisals to support trade-in evaluations
  • Guide customers through the New Car Match process, connecting them with the right vehicle
  • Act as the bridge between service and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to drive satisfaction and results
  • Learn and execute structured processes designed to maximize performance and growth

  • Strong hospitality skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Analytical and comfortable with technology (Google Suite a plus)
  • Positive attitude, coachable, and team-oriented
