This position reports to:

Country Service Sales Manager - Electrification Services

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in conjunction with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology. Each day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause, and recommending future actions.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Services in Indonesia.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
• Preparing / supporting in the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.
• Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization.
• Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in tendering, proposals, quotations, sales support, project engineering, or service engineering within the power, electrification, or industrial sectors.
• Good understanding of electrical distribution systems, switchgear, power protection, substations, or industrial service solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret customer requirements and develop technically sound, competitive proposals.
• Experience in cost estimation, bid preparation, contract review, and tender documentation management.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative, with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
