You will be able to make a real impact byleveragingyour technical and strategicexpertisetoensurewe are well prepared for ourService activities

You will lead a team ofService tenderspecialistsand at the same time be the interface with respect to technical requirements, commercial, contractadministrationandquantitative risk analysis

Youwill provide ongoing support to thesales teamby chairing meetings, takingownershipand responding to all Tender questions related toserviceactivities

This is a role for someone who enjoys leading people,writing engaging tendersinfluencingstakeholdersand creating value over the full asset lifecycle.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Support, leadand coach a team ofhigh performingtenderspecialiststo draftthehighestquality tender submittals

  • Timely, creation oftenders andproposals based oncustomersITT’s ,RFQ’s,specificationsanddesigns

  • Evaluation of client enquiry documentation and interpretation of their requirements, and assessment of commercial terms and conditions.

  • Formulate competitive bids/estimates/quotations, considering the best availableService /product mix andappropriate technicaland commercial considerations for each individualsite /situation.

  • Manage the preparation of all technical,financialand operational delivery aspects of the bid/estimate/quotation,indicatingprices and trading conditions.

  • Identifypotential risks and opportunities in contract agreements across customers/channels.

  • Identifypotential vendors for equipment and materialsrequiredin the project and evaluate supplier offers tomatchspecifications in collaboration with Supply Chain Management.

  • Establish andmaintaineffective customer relationships to understand customer needs. Provide any necessary technical support to Sales Managers during meetings with customers.

  • Develop and Identify client requirements, liaising with internal and external suppliers with close liaison with Sales, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Planning, Engineering and Commercial functions.

Your background

  • Self starter with a track recordin building,leadingandcoachingteams.

  • Proven experience in a related position within the energy transition industry andservice tenderingknowledgeis essential

  • Excellent communicator with the ability tobuild relationships at all levels

  • Industry Sector knowledgedesired,ideally acrossDatacenters, Renewables, PowerQualityand substation design experience desired

  • Experience of Contract terms and conditions, NEC3/4, FIDIC beneficial
