We at Oncotherm arededicated to medicine and quality cancer treatments. Our 30-year-old technology shows truly significant results in terms of quality of life and survival and the devices developed and manufactured by our team provide support to cancer patients in 34 countries around the world for more than 400,000 treatments each year.
We are looking to expand our team with a new full-time Service technician, who is passionate about the medical industry and can significantly contribute to the mission of the company.
Implementation and documentation of domestic and foreign on-site technical support related to in-use medical devices.
Performing error detection and repair activities related to defective products.
Performing safety and functional checks (STK) on medical devices every 6 months.
Participation in complaint and non-compliance handling processes.
Contacting customers to arrange appointments and preparing quotations.
Processing customer feedback and coordinating further actions.
Planning and organizing service activities with the German sales team and the Hungarian parent company.
Carrying out monthly and yearly German service program.
coordinating the supply of components and spare parts from the Hungarian parent company
Weekly report to the Technical Support Manager.
Preparing service reports and electrical safety protocols in accordance with DGUV Regulation 3 and MDR 2017/745.
Carrying out feedback and service report register in accordance with the regulation MDR 2017/745
Time tracking and task management system administration.
