What You’ll Do

Your Role: Service Technician at Tesla

• Service, repair and improve: Use Tesla-specific software and advanced diagnostic tools to maintain and repair all Tesla vehicles.
• Ensure top quality: Fix it right the first time. You’ll inspect vehicles with care before return and pre-delivery, because excellence is non-negotiable.
• Collaborate across teams: Work with local and regional colleagues to share knowledge, solve complex issues, and continuously improve the service experience.
• Grow with us: Access ongoing training, hands-on workshops, and a blended learning program to develop your technical and leadership skills. Your expertise helps shape the future of Tesla service.

What You’ll Bring

We’re Looking For:

• Technically experienced: Proven background in vehicle service, repair, or maintenance - automotive, aviation, marine, or industrial.
• Team player: You thrive in diverse, collaborative environments and value shared success.
• Flexible & adaptable: Comfortable working in shifts and across time zones to support global operations.
• Clear communicator: Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and respectfully.
• Safe to drive: Valid driver’s license required (for test drives and vehicle handling).
