Service Technician (Porsche Centre Winnipeg)

Winnipeg, MB | Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 7:30am–4:30pm

Porsche Centre Winnipeg is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our service team. We are in one of our busiest seasons and need someone who can step in, contribute quickly, and help keep work moving through the shop.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair customer vehicles
• Perform maintenance and repairs on brakes, suspension, steering, drivetrain, electrical, HVAC, cooling, and related systems
• Complete inspections thoroughly and accurately
• Create clear repair stories using proper condition, cause, and correction notes
• Support market videos and customer-facing repair explanations
• Road test vehicles for diagnosis and quality control
• Identify and communicate recommended repairs
• Follow Porsche, warranty, recall, safety, and dealership procedures
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and fellow technicians
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area

What You Bring

• Journeyman / Red Seal Automotive Service Technician certification required
• Previous dealership experience required
• Automotive service technician experience
• VW, Audi, Porsche, or German import experience is a strong asset
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Good documentation habits
• Comfort with inspections, repair videos, and detailed repair stories
• CDK or similar dealership system experience is an asset
• Own tools required
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
