Multifamily Service Technician
LSA Management is seeking a skilled Multifamily Service Technician to support maintenance operations, complete service requests, perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs, and ensure excellent resident service across apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities
Complete work orders, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance issues, support unit turns, inspect community assets, and participate in on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred); valid driver license; 2+ years maintenance experience; HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair knowledge; strong customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
CAMT Certification, HVAC trade training, CPO Certification, multifamily maintenance experience, and Yardi, Entrata or RealPage experience.
