Responsibilities:
As a Service Technician III at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, you will provide advanced technical support for end users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues. Serves as a technical lead within the Service Desk, ensuring timely response to requests while mentoring junior team members and supporting operational excellence.
