Position Type: Full TimeService Technician I supports senior technicians with the maintenance and repair of cabinetry, ensuring high-quality functionality and appearance. This role involves the transportation and unloading of cabinet materials and tools at job sites, learning to identify and repair basic cabinet issues such as loose hinges, minor surface damage, and faulty hardware, and developing proficiency in the safe and effective use of hand and power tools. The technician is also responsible for taking accurate measurements and making precise cuts to ensure proper cabinet fit and installation quality.

QualificationsKey Responsibilities:
· Ensure cabinets are both functional and visually appealing upon completion
· Help transport and unload cabinet materials and tools at job sites
· Learn to diagnose and repair basic cabinet issues (e.g., loose hinges, minor scratches, damaged hardware)
· Use hand and power tools safely and effectively for cabinet-related tasks
· Take precise measurements and perform accurate cuts to meet cabinet dimension requirements
· Support overall site organization and cleanup during and after installation projects
