Apartment Maintenance Technician

Berger Communities is hiring a Service Technician for Goshen Terrace Apartments in West Chester, PA. Our Maintenance Technicians do more than just fix things, they help make our communities feel like home.

Pay & Benefits

  • $21–$23/hour, plus:
    • Monthly renewal bonus
    • Work order completion bonuses
    • $140/week on-call bonus

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:

  • Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
  • Getting empty homes move-in ready
  • Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
  • Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
  • Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
  • Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
