About the Role

As a Service Technician or Field Service Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers operating by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural and construction equipment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing agricultural and construction equipment.
  • Performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and scheduled servicing.
  • Conducting equipment inspections and recommending maintenance solutions.
  • Using advanced diagnostic tools and technology to identify faults.
  • Completing work orders and service documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Preparing new and used equipment for customer delivery.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.
  • Travelling to customer sites to provide field service support when required.
  • Participating in ongoing product and technical training.

What You'll Bring

  • Mechanical Trade Qualification, Heavy Diesel Qualification, Heavy Equipment Qualification, or currently completing an apprenticeship in one of these trades.
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • Experience working on agricultural machinery, construction equipment, heavy equipment, or diesel engines.
  • A commitment to high-quality workmanship and safe work practices.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A desire to continue learning and developing your technical skills.
