The Role:
We are looking for a skilled Service Technician we can count on. As a Splash Service Technician, you possess hands-on experience in commercial or industrial maintenance on complex systems ranging from electrical to plumbing to mechanical. You are a fast learner, a team player, and take pride and ownership in what you do.
- Minimum three years of work experience in commercial or industrial electrical or mechanical systems
- Preferred five years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Ability to travel roughly 10%
- Ability to work nights and weekends occasionally
- Skilled at problem-solving and troubleshooting equipment systems

QualificationsWe’ll trust you to work with the Splash Installation Team, various vendor representatives, Splash Operations Leadership at the store and executive level to maintain and repair our state-of-the-art facilities with excellence.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues for complex systems varying from water reclamation systems to motor control centers to carwash tunnel equipment
- Diagnose equipment performance gaps and failures efficiently
- Fix issues with a sense of urgency
- Takes ownership and initiative of assigned equipment and facilities
- Communicates well with the Service Team
- Avoids issues and inefficiency through proper planning
- Remains calm under pressure, acts decisively, maintains flexibility, and effectively manages multiple tasks in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
