We are currently seeking a Service Technician Assistant to support our technical operations in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop hands-on technical skills while working alongside experienced technicians. The Service Technician Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
Assist service technicians with installations, maintenance, and repair tasks
Prepare tools, materials, and equipment needed for service assignments
Support troubleshooting and basic diagnostics under supervision
Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
Provide professional and courteous support during service visits
Complete basic documentation and service-related reports
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment
Good problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Basic mechanical or technical aptitude is a plus
Ability to perform physical tasks related to the role
