Location: Bristol, VA & Surrounding Areas

Pay: $50,000–$80,000 per year (base + commission)

Schedule: Full-time | Flexible, year-round work

What You’ll Do as a Service Inspector

• Travel to customers’ homes for pre-scheduled service appointments
• Inspect past installations, identify issues, and recommend system upgrades
• Perform annual maintenance and resolve warranty concerns
• Provide homeowners with professional advice and excellent service
• Meet or exceed monthly performance and sales goals
• Complete all paperwork, data entry, and follow-up communication
• Safely operate a company vehicle and represent our values on every visit

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21+ years old (insurance requirement for driving company vehicles)
• Knowledge of construction, home improvement, or related trades preferred
• Experience in sales and customer service is a plus
• Comfortable using power tools, inspection equipment, and computer programs
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Reliable attendance and safe driving record
