• Disassemble and assemble downhole tools within the standard service procedure.
• Learn from the ECN and SQA about the engineering changes
• Complete the relevant paperwork or EDS once tool complete service
• Ensure that all repairs are in accordance using the Kronos to exactly tracking the labor hours for tool disassembly and assembly.
• Work to maintain a high quality performed with high audit scores during internal audits.
• Certified to operate forklift and overhead cranes follow the correct slinging procedures.
• Be involved in DH’s competency program as per Service quality assessor requirements.
• Always be willing to learn more about each specific tool and to learn new tools.
• Ensure all daily preventive maintenance or physical check are carried out on all equipment in the workshop.
• The service technician also need to be handling with physical receiving, packing, and shipping goods for all inventory stuff.
• Perform daily check for service equipment and accessories
• Perform house keepings and 5S in daily basis
• Responsible for Submission rework form for damaged parts
• Responsible for submission purchase request for workshop consumptions
• Loading tools to customer and receiving tools from rig site
• Promote a safety conscious in the shop and follow all HSE guideline
• Ensure compliance of the Company’s business ethics policies
• Ensure compliance of the company’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environment policy
• Work along side other technicians on a day to day basis
