Job requirement:

1. Responsible for customer service and follow assignment of Team Leader

Chịu trách nhiệm phục vụ khách hàng và chịu sự điều động phục vụ khách hàng khác mà quản ly phân công

Make sample for customers request /Làm mẫu cho khách hàng khi có yêu cầu

Take care line when customer run mass product/Coi chuyền khi khách hàng chạy sản xuất

Handing the technical problems at customers where he serves Làm mẫu/Xử lý tốt các sự cố kỹ thuật tại nơi khách hàng mình phục vụ

1. Examining the issues of customer complaints, giving confirmation and saving the file properly

Kiểm tra những vấn đề khiếu nại của khách hàng, hướng dẫn và xác nhận lưu lại những hồ sơ đúng

1. Following the customer information, customer demand, status of competitors where he serves to report to the Team Leader every weekend, end of each month

Nắm các thông tin, nhu cầu khách hàng, tình hình đối thủ cạnh tranh nơi mình phục vụ, thường xuyên báo cáo Team Leader vào mỗi cuối tuần, cuối tháng

1. Using and preserving all instruments which have been issued

Sử dụng và bảo quản tốt các dụng cụ trang bị đã được cấp phát

1. Implementing the rules and regulations hygiene, occupational safety, fire prevention and fighting regulations

Thực hiện nội quy công ty, nội quy vệ sinh, an toàn lao động, các quy định về PCCC

1. Implementing maintianing quality policy that the company has issued (ISO 90001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)

Thực hiện công việc theo yêu cầu hệ thống tích hợp (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)

1. Having helped solidarity with his colleague to perform common tasks

Đoàn kết giúp đỡ nhân viên cùng bộ phận thực hiện nhiệm vụ chung

1. Other duties under Team leader's assignment

Knowledge & Experience

• 2 years work experience. Good knowledge & experience in Wood coating.

Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệp cầm súng trong ngành sơn gỗ
