Job Description

The Technician.Service.I performs routine servicing, maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs while ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and according to approved work instructions and technical procedures. The role includes identifying equipment wear, damage, or operational issues, supporting troubleshooting activities, maintaining accurate service and inspection records, and ensuring tools, equipment, and work areas remain clean, organized, and in safe working condition. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards and consistently follow established safety and quality requirements. This individual will work collaboratively with team members to meet operational and customer needs while contributing to continuous improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and service performance.

• Adhere to all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements and procedures.
• Complete web-based training modules and stay updated with the latest industry standards.
• Service tools efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely completion without compromising quality.
• Follow supervisor's instructions and meet production targets for tool servicing.
• Engage in product-specific training to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a high level of operational excellence.
• Collaborate with colleagues from different departments and disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in action planning for new projects, contributing to the department's growth and development.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, as per supervisor's guidelines.
• Attend formal training sessions at NOV facilities to enhance tool-specific knowledge and skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Previous experience in a technical or mechanical role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using relevant software.
