Job Description

Join Our Team as a Service Technician!

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for working in the great outdoors? We are looking for a dedicated Service Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring our well-site rental equipment and accommodations are set up, maintained, and dismantled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rigging and Maintenance Set up, tear down, and maintain well site surface rental equipment and housing quarters.
  • Installation Install semi-permanent water and sewer systems.
  • Minor Electrical Work Handle minor electrical tasks related to pumps, vacuums, light plants, generators, and housing units.
  • Coordination Work closely with site supervisors, external vendors, and other company representatives to plan and organize locations.
  • On-Site Operations Participate in on-site installation of well site accommodations and equipment.
  • Logistics Management Monitor and coordinate the logistics and transportation of company assets.
  • Team Collaboration Collaborate with team members in structured work crews.
  • Safety Compliance Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations by completing daily Job Safety Analysis, pre/post-trip inspection reports, and near-miss and hazard reports.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technical Skills Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and housing troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Customer Service Strong customer service orientation.
  • Results-Driven Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve outstanding results.
  • Outdoor Enthusiast Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains.
  • Learner Willingness to learning introductory skills in carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing.
  • Safety-Conscious Always mindful of maintaining and contributing to a safe work environment.
  • Experience General labor or construction background is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Clean Driving Record A motor vehicle record that meets fleet insurance requirements.
  • Drug-Free Workplace Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
