Reports to: HVAC Supervisor
Salary Range: $25-$40 depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Complete HVAC repairs, maintenances, installations, service calls for both commercial and residential customers, diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems
- Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
- Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site as well as inventoried truck.
- Train and mentor helpers to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
- Be accurate and timely with all paperwork

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC License with 3+ years' experience
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- EPA Certification
