What You’ll Do

As an Experienced Automotive Service Technician, you will perform vehicle repairs and maintenance accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Audi, manufacturer, and dealership standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine the cause of malfunctions
• Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders
• Complete work in accordance with dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards
• Road-test vehicles as needed to verify repair quality
• Document work performed, test procedures, results, and time accurately
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally
• Maintain a personal inventory of standard automotive technician tools
• Support a team environment focused on quality, trust, and customer satisfaction

What You’ll Bring

• Prior automotive repair experience required
• Audi, Volkswagen, European, or luxury brand experience strongly preferred
• ASE certifications and manufacturer certifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality repair standards
• Professional work ethic and strong attention to detail
• Team-focused mindset with a commitment to customer service
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
