Pay: $ 28.00-$30.00 / Flag Hour- + Production Bonus. This is a flat rate position. Exact pay will depend on experience at time of hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm – Saturdays asneeded

BMW of Salem is seeking a highly skilled ASE Master Technician to support our Used Car department. As an ASE Master Technician dedicated to Used Car operations, you will play a key role in inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing pre‑owned vehicles to BMW standards and beyond. This position is ideal for a technician who values consistency, quality, and teamwork in a fast‑paced dealership environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform thorough inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliability and safety
  • Document repair procedures, findings, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management
  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards

Our Ideal Candidate Qualities Include:

  • ASE certifications required. Master level preferred.
  • Must have 3-5 years of dealership experience
  • European brand experience and certification a plus (BMW experience is preferred but not required)
  • Passionate about the brand and eager to pursue a career with us.
  • Must demonstrate a commitment to producing quality results while maintaining high flag hours.
  • Must be ambitious and a self-starter
  • Adept at navigating technology and keeping up to date with industry trends
  • Valid Driver's license in good standing.
  • Eager and determined to do quality work and earn customers for life
  • Attention to detail and follow safety protocols
  • Professional in appearance and communication
