Job Description

Performs on-site services for Aftermarket clients, installs new equipment and services, maintains / services and upgrades existing equipment. Provides instruction and education regarding products or equipment usage to customers and internal employee

Responsibilities

• Install new equipment and services.
• Maintain, service, and upgrade existing equipment.
• Provide instruction and education regarding product or equipment usage to customers and internal employees.
• Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements.
• Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
• Act as the local on-site representative to the customer's organization.
• Manage the statement of work to meet customer and contract requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues.
• Recommend actions to company or customer representatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing equipment.
• Ability to conduct technical analysis and manage technical products and services.
• Previous experience in a similar role involving on-site services and technical support.
• Experience in managing customer interactions and meeting contract requirements.
• Relevant technical or engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills to provide instruction and education to customers and internal employees.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and recommend solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues and recommend actions.
• Organizational skills to manage statements of work and meet customer requirements.
