Pay: $60,000 - $120,000/annually (DOE)

Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, A/C, etc.).
  • Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and multi-point inspections.
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment for accurate problem-solving.
  • Clearly communicate findings and repair needs to service advisors and customers.
  • Stay current with new technology through training and certification opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced automotive technicians passionate about delivering quality work.
  • ASE Certification is a plus – but a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are even more important.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $60,000.00 to $120,000.00, which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”)

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
