We’re looking for a Garage Door Service Technician to join our Narangba team, servicing homes and businesses across North Brisbane.

You’ll be out on the road each day diagnosing faults, fixing issues onsite, and keeping customers’ doors running safely and smoothly. No two days are the same.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs onsite
• Service and repair garage doors, openers, and related components
• Perform routine maintenance and conduct safety checks
• Communicate with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs
• Assist with stock loading/unloading of spare parts and/or doors
• Provide a high level of service to customers
• Operate hand and power tools safely and follow safety processes
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including the company vehicle

YOUR SKILLS

• Experience in garage door service, construction, mechanical repair, or similar (preferred but not required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your day
• Full driver’s licence with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift and work on ladders
• White Construction Card or ability to obtain one

Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, is required.
