Pay & Growth
$30+ to start
Move to your own truck in ~90 days.
• First Year Techs earn $75k - $95k
• Senior techs $100k+

What Makes This Different

• Assigned zones (no county-wide ping-ponging)
• Max 8 calls/day to keep quality high
• Choose your start time: 6:30–8:30am
• 2–4 weeks PTO as you grow

Accelerated Technician Track
• Paid training from day one
• Field ride-alongs with senior techs
• Hands-on diagnostic evaluations

Requirements
• 3+ years in a skilled trade
• Lift 50 lbs regularly (100 occasionally)
• At least 18
• Comfortable learning new tech
