Job Description

Job Location Austell, GA 30168 Position Type Full Time

  • Perform daily console service activities including but not limited to Intake, Final Testing, Calibration and Packaging
  • Proficient in performing all Level 1 work orders.
  • Maintain records using GDP in controlled-room environments to comply with regulatory requirements, GMPs, and SOPs.
  • Assist in monthly cycle counts
  • Fulfill inventory transfers by performing physical movement of materials
  • Perform daily and weekly cleaning of service room
  • Ensure consoles are staged for next day service operations
  • Ensure service room is organized by the end of each shift
  • Identify process nonconformance and notify management.
  • Meets performance expectations and other related duties as assigned by management
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, always maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Responsible for individual training to SOPs and OJT processes; works with Supervisory staff to ensure training compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.



Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Technical school certification, associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Desire to work in a hands-on environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and device testing.
  • Proven ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with safety regulations.
