We are recruiting a Service Technician to strengthen our service team in Italy.
Main Responsibilities
Install, commission, inspect, troubleshoot and repair steel belts and processing equipment supplied, or serviced by IPCO. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the full lifecycle of the equipment.
Promote spare parts, maintenance requirements, upgrades, and service agreements.
Coordinate, prepare, and ensure that all tools, parts and service equipment are maintained and available for service activities at the appropriate level of quality required by IPCO.
Promptly prepare service reports with suitable advices to be sent to the customer.
Apply safety rules and practices as well as environmental responsibilities.
Act in accordance to IPCO’s Code of Conduct. Report unsafe practices and incidents.
Requirements
Technical diploma or similar.
Min. 1-3 years of industrial or service experience.
Experience in TIG welding. Certification is a plus.
Basic computer skills.
Good communication skills and service minded.
Drivers License is mandatory.
Ability and willingness to travel (sometimes with short notice), mainly within Italy but also abroad.
