At The Bridge, we believe in creating opportunities, building connections and supporting people to live meaningful lives. Behind every great service is a strong, organised support team — and that’s where this role comes in.
We’re looking for a Service Supports team member to help keep our Day Services, Your Supports Now and Getaway programs running smoothly through strong rostering, coordination and admin support.
This role sits right at the heart of what we do. You’ll provide essential rostering and administrative support across our services, working closely with your supervisor and operational teams to keep things organised, communication flowing, and services running smoothly.
Tuesday and Thursday follow a 9:00am–5:00pm workday, while Monday, Wednesday and Friday start from home at 7:00am, with your day wrapping up in the office by 3:00pm — perfect if you like an earlier finish.
Join an environment where you'll feel valued, supported, and inspired to make a difference with a passionate, supportive team making a real difference every day.
We’re committed to creating a workplace where people feel safe, respected and valued for who they are. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, identities and lived experiences. If you need any adjustments or support during the recruitment process, just let us know — we’re happy to help.
