Job Description

• Provides administrative, data management, and business intelligence support to Service Operations and Governance teams, with a strong focus on database consolidation, reporting, and analytical support. The role is responsible for collecting, organizing, validating, and structuring data from multiple sources, supporting the creation of reports, dashboards, and performance analyses used by management.

  This position is suitable for early ‑career professionals or students with interest in data, BI, reporting, and operational analytics, acting as a foundational support role for data ‑driven decision ‑making.

• Responsibilities:
  • Collect, consolidate, and maintain data from multiple systems, spreadsheets, and databases related to service operations and administrative controls.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and update of databases used for reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare standardized reports, control files, and dashboards to support operational and performance monitoring.
  • Support basic Business Intelligence activities, including data preparation, validation, and organization for BI tools and dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, traceability, and version control across reports and databases.
  • Support KPI tracking, indicators follow ‑up, and basic trend analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports, presentations, and analytical materials.
  • Organize data documentation, definitions, and reporting logic to support governance and continuity.
  • Support administrative routines related to service governance, controls, and reporting cadence.
  • Work closely with analysts and managers to support data requests and analytical needs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal data governance, reporting standards, and documentation practices.

  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in reports, databases, and information flows.

• Qualification Requirements:

Minimum Job Qualifications

• Entry‑level experience or internship in administrative, data, reporting, BI, or analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Solid knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or similar), including tables, formulas, and data organization.
  • Ability to work with structured and semi‑structured data.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple data sources.
  • Basic understanding of reporting, KPIs, or data analysis concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to databases, BI tools, or reporting platforms (Power BI, dashboards, data models, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of data structures, data validation, and information governance.
  • Experience supporting operational or service teams through reports and data analysis.
  • Interest in data analysis, BI, or analytics career path.
  • Spanish language skills are a differential, but not mandatory.
• Education & Certifications:
  • Ongoing or completed Bachelor’s degree in: Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics or related fields
  • Degree completion is not mandatory, provided the candidate demonstrates analytical capability and technical aptitude.
