Service Support Manager

This is a Talent Pool recruitment for future Ongoing and Temporary opportunities that may arise across our Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains Districts.

Locations: Faulconbridge, Windsor, Penrith, St Marys, Mt Druitt, Blacktown, Parramatta – full time and part time vacancies.

Salary: Grade 5/6, $102,936 - $113,579 pa plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

Your role

The Service Support Manager supervises and leads a team of staff that provide administration support to staff and Community Services clients. The Service Support Manager will plan, manage, monitor and report on the administrative and site management functions of the Customer Service Centres CSC(s) and directly undertake some administrative functions, in addition to other duties.

What you’ll do

You will supervise a team in the provision of efficient, effective frontline, administrative and site management services. A major aspect of your role is to ensure client focused and consistent high quality service delivery across DCJ Customer Service Centres.

  • Experience in managing a team in a high-pressure environment delivering services to vulnerable clients.
  • High level of organisation skills and time management.
  • High level ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Developing team capabilities whilst supporting a culture of integrity and professionalism.
  • Working through challenges with flexibility and solution focused outcomes.
