You have completed technical training, including relevant professional experience or a university degree in mechatronics/mechanical engineering would be desirable.
You have several years of relevant professional experience.
Service experience with automated systems, electron beam systems, or ion beam systems is advantageous is a plus.
Furthermore you enjoy working in multinational teams and have experience in customer management and escalating issues.
You have excellent written and spoken Japanese and English skills and are willing to travel internationally for up to 50% of your time.
After an initial training period, you are willing to relocate to Japan for 2-3 years.
You possess strong communication, teamwork, and assertiveness skills, as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality.
