About the Role

We are currently looking for a Service Support Coordinator based in Melbourne. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service to Scientific Solutions customers through effective and efficient co-ordination of service jobs.

What You Will Deliver

• Proactively monitor customer jobs, manage any delays, and enter all customer jobs into the CRM system efficiently and accurately
• Order parts and despatch to customers/engineers as required
• Work with service team to ensure Pre-Delivery Checks are completed to allow prompt despatch of equipment
• Generate Service Quotes and provide accurate information for parts and job pricing
• Liaise with internal stakeholders/ suppliers and customer’s
• Logging of jobs as per contractual obligations
• Closing and invoicing of completed jobs in a timely manner
• Management and allocation of reports such as – future PM Schedule / engineer stock reports
• Efficient management of service calls and requests or queries from customers and staff.

What You Bring

• High quality organisation and prioritisation skills
• Ability to multitask & work autonomously
• 2+ years Customer Service and administrative skills
• Proficient skills in Microsoft office (Word & Excel)
• Ability to work in a face paced environment meeting customer and business expectations
• A can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
