WMH Solutions is seeking a Service Support Coordinator to support our customers, technicians, and service department operations.

In this role, you'll serve as a critical link between customers, field technicians, parts personnel, and branch operations by coordinating service activity, managing work orders, supporting dispatch functions, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in service coordination, dispatching, customer service, automotive service, heavy equipment, fleet operations, industrial equipment, construction equipment, or material handling.

What You'll Do


βœ” Coordinate service calls and technician schedules

βœ” Assist with technician dispatching and workload management

βœ” Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and service activity

βœ” Ensure service work is completed efficiently and accurately

βœ” Communicate scheduling updates to customers and technicians

βœ” Serve as a primary point of contact for service-related inquiries

βœ” Deliver outstanding customer service and follow-up

βœ” Provide updates regarding repairs, maintenance, and service status

βœ” Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams


βœ” Open, manage, and close service work orders

βœ” Maintain accurate service records and documentation

βœ” Ensure labor, parts, and billing information is entered correctly

βœ” Support warranty administration and service processing

βœ” Ensure accurate service-writing procedures and documentation while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives

βœ” Support rental and fleet administration activities

βœ” Assist with shipping, receiving, and service documentation

βœ” Generate service-related reports and operational metrics

βœ” Maintain accurate customer and equipment records

βœ” Work closely with technicians, service managers, parts personnel, and vendors

βœ” Help improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction

βœ” Support branch operations and departmental initiatives

Qualifications

βœ” High School Diploma or GED

βœ” 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, customer service, administration, operations support, or related fields

βœ” Strong organizational and multitasking skills

βœ” Excellent verbal and written communication skills

βœ” Strong attention to detail and follow-through

βœ” Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

βœ” Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems

βœ” Forklift industry experience

βœ” Material handling experience

βœ” Heavy equipment experience

βœ” Construction equipment experience

βœ” Automotive service experience

βœ” Fleet management experience

βœ” Service management software experience
