The Service Supply Chain Finance & Analytics Manager role strengthens financial governance, advanced modeling, and performance analytics across Ciena’s Global Services Supply Chain. This position influences how operational strategies translate into measurable financial outcomes, supporting disciplined execution, improved forecast rigor, and ongoing cost transformation. We are open to candidates in the UK, Canada, and the USA.
How you will make an impact:

• Lead the financial governance and validation of the Global Services Supply Chain cost reduction portfolio
• Define financial baselines, savings methodologies, and benefit realization plans with initiative owners
• Maintain driver-based financial models that translate operational variables into financial outcomes
• Develop scenario and sensitivity models that guide strategic and operational decision-making
• Analyze operational and financial datasets to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities
• Establish consistent financial and performance reporting standards across teams
• Influence prioritization and investment decisions through ROI and risk‑adjusted analysis

The must haves:

• Significant experience (+) in supply chain finance, supply chain operations, or analytically intensive supply chain roles
• Advanced driver‑based financial modeling skills, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and sensitivity modeling
• Strong data fluency and experience working with large operational and financial datasets
• Proven ability to translate operational metrics into actionable financial insights
• Experience leading cost reduction initiatives or managing financial governance portfolios

Nice to haves:

• Experience in service supply chain or aftermarket operations
• Exposure to repair operations, logistics networks, or inventory planning environments
• Familiarity with BI and data tools such as Power BI, SQL, or ThoughtSpot
