The rig is your office. The world is your territory.
Optime, now part of Halliburton, is taking its subsea technology global. As we expand across new markets, we are looking for a Global Subsea Supervisor who brings deep offshore expertise, natural authority on location, and the mindset to leave every team stronger than they found it.
If you thrive in technically demanding environments, earn trust across cultures and see knowledge transfer as part of the job, not a distraction from it — this role was built for you.
In this role, you will be a key contributor in bringing subsea technology to the global market. You will take a leading role in deploying and operating new solutions mainly within upper completion (ROCS operations), while also acting as a technical ambassador—supporting, training, and building competence across regions.
