About this opportunity
This position is based in our Perth branch. As our Service Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in providing leadership to ensure customer and team satisfaction within the Perth branch.
Success in this role means ensuring the profitability and efficiency of the branch.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Developing, communicating and executing plans and objectives at a Service level
- Assisting with the formulation and implementation of a strategic business plan for the branch
- Achievement of budget, profitability and growth
- Managing the workshop team
- Developing new business and customers within WA
- Developing long-term relationships with clients
- Representing the company at trade shows, conferences and industry functions
- Maintaining and growing our current customer base in the region
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
- Previous service/hire industry experience
- A background in mining or manufacturing
- A high degree of mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Have current Australian working rights
- A proactive commitment to safety protocols
It’s not a deal breaker, but we’d also love to see some of the following:
- Be tertiary or trade qualified
- Experience with pumps
