The role

This is a hands-on leadership position where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for coordinating daily operations, optimising schedules, and supporting your team to perform at their best, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Acting as a key link between the field and the business, you will manage customer escalations, drive performance outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both service delivery and team capability.

Key responsibilities

We are looking for a team orientated and customer focused Service Supervisor with the ability to provide an excellent experience to internal client and our clients in the field. Therefore, you will;

  • Lead, mentor, and support field technicians across NSW, fostering a high-performing and safety-first team culture

  • Oversee daily scheduling, job allocation, and routing to ensure efficient service delivery

  • Monitor job progress and performance to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes aligned to SLAs

  • Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues, ensuring positive and professional resolutions

  • Ensure compliance with WHS standards, company policies, and industry regulations, including field audits and safety checks

  • Review and manage operational administration, including timesheets, job documentation, KPI tracking, and reporting

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, supporting productivity, process enhancements, and technician development

Requirements:

To be successful in this opportunity as a minimum you must have:

  • Proven experience in a Service Supervisor / Team Leader role within HVAC, building services, or a technical environment

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams

  • Experience managing schedules, workloads, and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Customer-focused mindset with experience handling escalations and delivering service excellence

  • Solid understanding of WHS and safety compliance requirements

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders

  • Trade or technical background (highly regarded)
