The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Service Strategy Consultant with at least 10 years of experience to lead workplace transformation initiatives. This role focuses on developing strategies that integrate physical space and digital experiences, working onsite with a high-profile client in New York City.
The ideal candidate will have a consulting mindset and proven experience working with senior leadership in large enterprises to identify strategic opportunities. They should excel at workshop facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and strategic communication. The role requires a trusted advisor approach, building strong client relationships without appearing sales driven.
This position is located in New York City and can be either a FTE at a salary range of $135-140k plus equity and benefits or a contract position at $90/hour.
