Do you know the city like the back of your hand? Are you a multi-tasker who can be friendly to a customer while driving through the city in our Swapcar? Are you looking for a cool, flexible job at a fast-growing scale-up? Do you enjoy playing the host? Don’t wait any longer and apply!

How you pedal us forward!

• Work in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members;

• You’re the first point of contact for (potential) members, helping them set up a new subscription or providing support with any issues they might have;

• Providing sales through service and identifying what product(s) would best fit the member, to contribute to our commercial targets;

• You keep the shop clean, tidy and organized;

• You will drive around the city by car to help our members;

• Perform small bike repairs and preventive maintenance on our Swapfiets bikes on site and in the store, so our members can happily keep biking;

• Swap out bikes, if they can’t be repaired on the spot, and drive them to our Store/Warehouse;

The gear you need!

• In possession of a driver's license (for a minimum period of 6 months);

• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with availability on Saturdays;

• Understand and speak English & Dutch;

• Affinity with bikes and service;

• Whether working independently or as part of a team, you always work successfully!;
