Job Description

He/She contributes to ensuring the efficiency of the long-term rental and fleet management fleet through the affiliated network during the contractual period. Responsibilities include managing damage repair and maintenance services, monitoring the timing and costs of interventions. He/She liaises with repairers to resolve repair issues and report service disruptions in the assistance network. He/She supports internal clients on technical and service delivery issues. Additionally, He/she collaborates with the operations center to report disruptions in roadside assistance and ensure the expected service levels. He/she also evaluates contractual exclusions to be applied to customers.

Role and duty – core business

  • Verify the actual fault of the car and the need for scheduled maintenance through remote documentation review.
  • Ensure the accuracy of cost estimates to confirm that service center quotes align with manufacturer guidelines and repair techniques.
  • Manage requests within specified timelines and provide repairers with authorization numbers for payment and invoice issuance.
  • Evaluate total loss scenarios for excessive cost and approve contract closure.
  • Determine and confirm the application of contractual exclusions.
  • Verify reimbursements for customer-prepaid costs.
  • Handle complaints within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Report dealers not adhering to economic and service management conditions.
  • Authorize credit notes following justified disputes regarding repairs.
  • Exercise decision-making autonomy within specified timelines and according to the role, function, and profile assigned by the management.

Competences

  • Good understanding of bodywork repair techniques and execution time.
  • Ability to comprehend and generate repair quotes and cost estimates.
  • Good knowledge of key MS Office tools and estimation software.
  • Good understanding of mechanical repair techniques and execution times, coupled with energy, teamwork, and flexibility
