Service Sales Support Manager

The work model for the role is: {hybrid}

Your role and responsibilities
  • Supports the local Salesorganization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
  • Prepares/supports preparation of technical/ commercialoffers based on customer specification requirements, Local Business/feeder factory indications and Salesorganization directives.
  • Participates in the kickoff meeting organized by the project team.
  • Defines cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Salesorganization.
  • Provides information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment.
  • Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Salesorganization.
  • Performs lost proposal analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with SalesLocal Business to obtain better future results.

Qualifications for the role
  • A Bachelor / master’s degree in 4th year graduated, (Engineering is preferable).
  • Min 2 - 4 year experience in s alessupport (Knowledge of motors & generators & drives in the End-user & OEM market is preferable e.g. COG, Metals, Minerals, P&P, Cement, etc.).
  • Good command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
  • Computer skills; Good MS Office user, SAPand Salesforceis preferable.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, curiosity and a desire to learn about new technologies.
