This position reports to:

Service Local Sales & Marketing Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support the Electrification Service Sales team and customers with the proposal process by developing technical and commercial STD & CTO offers. You will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager. You will contribute to accelerate and enhance the sales process & customer support, for expanding the Electrification Service business in the Egypt cluster, North and Central Africa. This role is contributing to the Electrification Service Business in Egypt Cluster.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
• Preparing / supporting in the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.
• Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization.
• Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization

Qualifications for the role

• You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with Egypt Team
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 2-5 years of experience in Electrification Low and Medium voltage. ( Service Sales support preferable )
• Proven experience on Medium Voltage and Low Voltage products.
• Technical support and services.
• knowledge of service portfolio.
• Knowledge and experience of driving Sales processes and tools (Salesforce - quotation tools).
