How you’ll make an impact
1. You will support FES for customer visiting , developing after sales service TR business.
2. You will provide the technical and commercial support to FES for the after sales service business development.
3. You work in service project order execution and payment collection support.
4. You ensure operation product quality handling and solution following ,improve the customer satisfaction and focus on team work.
5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
6. L iving Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
2. Required with 2 years of sales support experience in manufacturing industry. Familiar with transformer products is preferred.
3. Excellent language expression skills and strong teamwork ability.
4. Skillful in Word, Excel, PPT and office software.
