Position Overview:

Cana/Eagle Fire is seeking a motivated Low Voltage and Fire Alarm Service Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding sales within our existing markets while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present inspection, maintenance, and service proposals, including conducting the necessary follow-up to successfully close sales.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in Salesforce that provides visibility to branch operations and corporate leadership.
  • Collaborate with branch management to ensure the resources and operational support needed for sales success.
  • Take ownership of project success by coordinating installation, technical services, and customer training to meet project goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, product demonstrations, sales training, and other events to increase Cana/Eagle Fire’s visibility and support sales growth.
  • Travel periodically, including occasional overnight travel, as business needs require.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant work experience and demonstrated industry knowledge can be considered in place of formal education.
  • Two to five years of successful sales experience in low-voltage and/or fire alarm systems.
  • Experience with security, CCTV, and voice/data systems is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and disciplined.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications and use that information to prepare accurate quotations.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all licenses required by applicable national, state, and local codes.
