This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially driven sales leader who can transform and elevate service sales across EMEAI. You will take ownership of driving growth across service contracts, renewals and upgrades, while repositioning service from a reactive function to a trusted, revenue-generating partner. We are looking for someone who brings energy, credibility and passion for building a service-led commercial culture.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the transformation of service sales across a multi-country region
Own and deliver revenue growth across service contracts
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on expansion and retention
Lead and inspire a team of Service Sales Specialists (UK & Germany)
Drive a shift to proactive, value-led service selling
Build strong customer, OEM and partner relationships
Navigate complex markets including France, Germany, UK, Italy and Spain
Use CRM and data insights to improve forecasting and pipeline
Collaborate cross-functionally to embed service commercially

What We’re Looking For
Experience
Sales leadership in capital equipment or technical environments
Strong track record in service or after-sales revenue growth
Experience leading international teams
Exposure to scientific instrumentation (EM, Raman, NMR desirable)
Proven ability to drive commercial transformation
Capabilities & Style
Highly sales-oriented with strong closing ability
Able to position service as a value-led commercial offering
Inspires and engages teams
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Comfortable in complex, evolving markets
