At a glance: 

Are you passionate about helping customers get the most from their automated logistics systems? As a Service Sales Manager, based in our Veghel office, you are the commercial owner of long-term service partnerships, supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their automation solutions.

In this strategic role, you help customers improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency while contributing to the growth of our service business. Working at the intersection of technology, customer success, and commercial strategy, you play a key role in turning successful projects into lasting partnerships.

Your Impact: 

• Translate customer needs into tailored service solutions.
• Develop compelling service proposals, business cases, and value propositions.
• Build pricing strategies and lead commercial negotiations.
• Manage contract renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive sustainable growth.

What makes you a great fit?​ 

• A bachelor's or master's degree and 5+ years of commercial experience in an industrial, logistics, or automation environment.
• Experience with service sales, consultative selling, business development, and account management.
• Experience developing commercial proposals, pricing models, and service agreements.
• Affinity with automated warehouse-, material handling-, or industrial automation solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% of the time.

What you can look forward to?

This position offers a gross monthly salary range from €5.700,- up to € 7.600,- depending on your experience.
