About the team
For our Sales Team in Thales NL Naval we are looking for a Service Sales Manager. Thales NL Naval is a supplier of Naval systems serving more than 25 navies across the world. The Service Sales Manager will be responsible for service sales in their region. The Service Sales team is supported by a team of Service Support specialists who manage the service proposals as well as service contracts. Navy systems generally are exposed to a rough oceanic environment and are expected to last up to 40 years in this environment. The services required to keep the naval systems operational vary from health checks and spares to overhauls, upgrades and complete in Service Support or Performance Based Logistics contract.
About your future job
You will align the global service strategy to your specific customer needs and be part of the Thales NL Sales Service Team. Together with the Product Segment Services team you translate our service strategy into the Service Sales Strategy per region and align this with the worldwide Thales Sales Network, regional service centres and in-country partners.
Thales NL has a significant installed base across the world exceeding 5B€ of systems. We have the ambition to grow our service business and we are looking for a Service Sales Manager that can deliver the sales contribution to this objective.
