This role is within the Service department to support growth of contract and Preventative Maintenance revenue. This would include shadowing Service Market Development Representatives (SMDR) and Operations team members to gain insight into all aspects of the US Service portfolio. The candidate would learn sales skills, processes and instrumentation techniques with coaching from manager and SMDR’s to prepare a sales value pitch to deliver entry level “warm” sales calls on accounts, generate leads, and provide direct customer support on their instrumentation. There is also opportunity to lead a project around Lead Feedback communication within the Service team.
Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our Kalamazoo, Michigan office. The schedule for this role will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
What you will be doing:
Hands-on service sales projects.
Utilizing our service and sales CRM.
Craft sales follow ups to close contract and billable services.
Create sales lead follow up communication flows.
Networking opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Potential for field service or sales ride-along.
Qualifications Needed:
Undergraduate student (rising Senior) completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Sales.
Candidate must have an excellent academic record.
Must be enrolled in school the semester following the internship.
To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship (current or future) for employment visa status.
Epredia does not offer employment in this position to holders of F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, and CPT Visas for the purpose of obtaining practical experience
US ONLY: Compensation $25/hr
Start date: The internship is set to begin on 6/1/2026 for a duration of 10-12 weeks.
