One of our clients is in the Automotive Industry, in Saudi Arabia, and is hiring for the position of a Service Sales Engineer

Location: Qassim

Service Contract Sales typically involves selling extended warranties and service contracts to customers. These contracts cover the cost of certain repairs and services beyond the standard warranty period offered by the vehicle manufacturer. Here are some key responsibilities and aspects of the role:

1. *Customer Interaction*: Engaging with customers to explain the benefits and details of service contracts.

2. *Sales Skills* Utilizing sales techniques to persuade customers to purchase additional coverage.
3. *Knowledge of Products* Being well-versed in the various service contract options available, including coverage details, pricing, and terms.
4. *Administration*: Handling paperwork, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records of service contract sales.
5. *Collaboration* Working closely with the dealership's sales team, service department, and finance department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. *Customer Service* Providing ongoing support to customers who have purchased service contracts, assisting with claims, and answering any questions.

The role is crucial in helping customers feel secure about their vehicle purchase by offering peace of mind through extended coverage, while also generating additional revenue for the dealership.
