In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the commercial success of our Transformers Service business in Spain. You will support the creation of competitive proposals, contribute to pricing strategies, and help articulate value propositions that strengthen our market position. This position requires proficiency in Pricing Methodologies, Negotiation Frameworks, and Market Analysis to improve profitability and competitiveness on a global scale.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including Engineering, Project Management (PM), Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Operations — to gather and synthesize complex technical and commercial information into compelling customer offers. This dynamic role demands strong commercial acumen, technical curiosity, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Prepare competitive bids and quotations, ensuring accuracy in technical and commercial aspects.
Manage all elements of tender preparation, including cost models, cash flow analysis, and project requirements.
Coordinate inputs from internal teams and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and compliance standards.
•Support pricing strategies through market analysis, benchmarking, and maintaining pricing tools and databases.
Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to evaluate suppliers and optimize costs while maintaining quality.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide technical and commercial support during negotiations.
Ensure accurate data management and order processing using CRM tools, while monitoring performance indicators.
Uphold company values by promoting safety, integrity, and compliance throughout all activities.
Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Sales, Tendering, Pricing, or Market Analysis within the energy or industrial sectors.
Motivation to develop knowledge of High Voltage (HV) technologies, power transformers, substation systems, and related service offerings.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical, financial, and commercial data.
Effective communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Detail oriented, proactive, collaborative, and results driven mindset.
